National interest waiver approved for UC Berkeley researcher

Our client has a PH.D in Forest Science from Oregon State University in 2006 and currently she is a post doctoral researcher in UC Berkeley. She has only one publication in the US and 6 in preparation or submitted. Her research area is transcriptional profiling of transcription factors associated with non-self recognition and programmed cell death. We filed her NIW application in March 2007, and received approval in October, 2007, without request for additional evidence(RFE).
