I-485 approved in 5 weeks after mandamus was filed in Reno, NV; 1447b victory

Ms. Zhou has waited for about three years in her I-485(family based). We filed the mandamus case in January 7, 2008 and her I-485 was approved on or about February 14, 2008. The approval is not the result of the CIS policy change on the FBI name check.
