Client received relief(Green Card) from immigration court after 11 years in limbo

We have won a case where client's asylum application was denied and she was referred to immigration court. She then married a permanent resident and was granted V status. Her immigration court proceeding was administratively closed after she obtained V status. However, her husband later became US citizen and her V status was terminated.

We filed I-485 to adjust her status. The government tried to introduce evidence of her asylum application to impeach her and discredit her at hearing. It failed to persuade the judge to deny her I-485 because of our skillful courtroom maneuver and superb representation of the client.
