We have filed our second lawsuit in federal district court seeking the old priority date of a family immigration case where the son was "aged out' under "Child Status Protection Act"(CSPA). Our first lawsuit is currently pending.
There are several other similar lawsuits filed throughout the country, including one class action lawsuit filed in Southern California.
We will post new development as events warrant.
